Cylinder UT Requalification
At Gas Innovations, highly trained personnel use semi-automated processes to perform DOT re qualification tests on all 3A, 3AA and 3AL cylinders 4” to 10” diameters. 
Hands-on training and certified classroom training equip our employees to provide exceptional service for cylinders based on DOT regulations, CGA guidelines and our own stringent internal procedures.
Gas Innovations has 4 level II certified dedicated operators with a capacity to do 300 to 400 cylinders per day.
Custom painting and stamping available and all paint and refinishing procedures are performed in accordance with EPA and OSHA guidelines.
Aluminum Cylinder Requalification
Aluminum cylinders are stripped with a biodegradable surfactant, removing adhesive, labels and grime.
